| Here are a few things you can do to care for the skin that you were born with.
avoid stress as much as you are able.
stay out of the sun.
don't smoke. This does nasty things to your skin
drink lots of water
get lots of sleep
be sure to clean your skin properly
eat lots of fruit and vegetables. | |
